Terms of Service
Callhaven provides an AI phone receptionist for your business: it answers calls in your business name, books appointments into your calendar, and takes detailed messages when you're unavailable. Service availability depends on third-party phone and AI infrastructure; we work to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
New clients start with a free 7-day pilot: the full service, configured for your business, at no charge. If you decide not to continue, the service is simply switched off at the end of the pilot — no charge, no hard feelings.
After the pilot week, the service is billed monthly in Canadian dollars: Starter at $99 CAD/month, Essential at $179 CAD/month, Pro at $299 CAD/month. Billing is month-to-month — cancel any time, and the service runs until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
When you share your mobile number with us (for example, when booking a consultation), you agree to receive transactional text messages from Callhaven: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service follow-ups. Message frequency varies (up to about 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP; for help, reply HELP or write to [email protected]. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree not to misuse the service — including using it to deceive callers, spam, or break the law. We may suspend service for abuse.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callhaven's liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing period.
